AQUA SWIM COVID REGULATIONS
ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR CLASS. LATE ARRIVALS WILL MISS THEIR CLASS.
NO PARENTS ALLOWED IN UNLESS UPON ARRANGEMENT. Young children under age 6 are allowed in to change their children AFTER swimming. Special needs are allowed to have one adult on the poolside if necessary. You will be informed of who has made a previous arrangement. They must wear a mask and flip-flops for poolside.
STUDENTS MUST COME SWIM READY UNDER A TRACKSUIT, INCLUDING GOGGLES AND CAPS. YOU WILL BE SLIPPING OUT OF YOUR CLOTHES ON POOLSIDE SO PLEASE DONT SKIP THIS STEP.
PLEASE DO NOT COME TO SWIMMING LESSONS IF YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD HAS COVID- 19 SYMPTOMS

2) A HIGH TEMPERATURE
3) A LOSS OF, OR CHANGE TO SENSE OF SMELL OR TASTE
OR ARE GENERALLY UNWELL , WE DONT WANT TO SPREAD ANY GERMS TO OUR PEERS OR TEACHERS, THANK YOU!
TEMPERATURE CHECKS: EVEN IF YOU HAVE A SLIGHT FEVER YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED IN.

GDPR GENERAL STATEMENT
We collect data (Name of parents and students, email address, contact number, medical issues and D.O.B) is received from a contact form found on our website directly to our work email on a mobile device of the owner of the business and one secure private computer/laptop. All devices are locked with a password known only by the owner and the accountant. This data is stored on excel and private paper files for 12 months and then destroyed.
We use this data to organise classes, send parents and students necessary information for the lessons and inform them of any pool closures.
Bank account details, (Account number and Sort code) are requested via email to the owner of the business and then transferred to the accountant via email. This is in times of pool closures or cancellations.
Bank details are destroyed after they are used and requested again if another refund is to be made.
Teachers only have access to student's name, medical issues and D.O.B on printed registers at the pool or via email.
We will ask for a medical update on all our students every term via email to keep our records up to date.
Papers for proof of business accounts which include name and payments made are kept for 5 years in paper form under lock accessible only to the owner of the business and the accountant.
If we do not hear back from you, we will take it as your consent to our handling your data.
